This EXTRA VIRGIN OIL has been extracted from green olives, of the picual variety, collected in the first days of October, at the Cortijo Espiritu Santo estate, located in Úbeda (Jaén).

100% AUTHENTIC OLIVE JUICE, ECOLOGICAL. A TRUE PLEASURE FOR YOUR SENSES.

The packaging and labeling of bottles is done manually, any different detail between them, is the proof of the artisanal character of the whole process that makes them unique and unrepeatable.

TASTING Green color. Great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas. Remember the freshly cut grass, tomato, banana peel and green almond. Leaves a feeling of freshness and cleansing in the persistent mouth. Very balanced and elegant. Bitter and spicy moderate.

PAIRING Ideal for use in the preparation of sauces, emulsions and marinades, to accompany fish, pasta, cheese, yogurt, chocolate … It is suitable for preserving raw foods and for use infried foods due to its richness in natural antioxidants.
