This extra virgin oil has been extracted from olives of the Arbequina variety harvested in early November.

It is a special edition, to offer a radically different product to our early harvest picual. This wonderful juice is the result of a selection of our tree olive trees located in different points of the farm. A totally natural, healthy and ecologicalproduct.

The packaging and labelling of bottles is done manually, any different detail between them, is proof of the artisanal character of the whole process that makes them unique and unrepeatable

TASTING. Very bright yellow colour. Intense aroma of ripe olives. Present almond and fruit compote, highlighting ripe banana. At the outset it is very sweet and elegant, with a moderate and sutilly spicy. Leaves a feeling of freshness and cleansing in the persistent mouth.
